With great pleasure, we would like to introduce to you, Online fees payment system. Now you will be able to pay the fees online anywhere anytime. It is an alternate option to bank.
● Online Fee payment is provided in collaboration with Model Bank.
● Mode of payment would be UPI, debit card, credit card & net banking.
● Transactional charges would be applicable as per your bank.
● Link will also be provided in the description of the Class WhatsApp group.
Steps to pay the fees:
1. Click on the link.
2. For 2020-2021 :-Insert section code for Pre-Primary - K, Primary - P and for secondary - S. followed by your child GR.No for e.g. : For Jr. K.G or Sr. K.G you will enter K1234/21, For Primary - P1234/21 and for Secondary-S1234/21.
3. For 2021-2022 :-Insert section code for Pre-Primary - K, Primary - P and for secondary - S. followed by your child’s GR.No for e.g. : For Jr. K.G or Sr. K.G you will enter K1234/22, For Primary - P1234/22 and for Secondary-S1234/22.
4. For 2022-2023 :-Insert section code for Pre-Primary - K, Primary - P and for secondary - S. followed by your child’s GR.No for e.g. : For Jr. K.G or Sr. K.G you will enter K1234/23, For Primary - P1234/23 and for Secondary-S1234/23.
5. For 2023-2024 :-Insert section code for Pre-Primary - K, Primary - P and for secondary - S. followed by your child’s GR.No for e.g. : For Jr. K.G or Sr. K.G you will enter K1234/24, For Primary - P1234/24 and for Secondary-S1234/24.
6. Verify the child’s standard and division details.
7. Provide your mail ID (optional) and phone number, through which you will receive the confirmation of payment. For time being the phone number would be default but in sometime we will make a provision to enter your own number.
8. Then select the number of months for which you wish to make the payment.
9. Before proceeding check your details and the amount that you are planning to pay.
10. Once the details are confirmed tick the check-box agreeing to the Terms & condition.
11. Proceed to the payment gateway.
12. Select the payment option
13. Insert the details of your payment option. Once the payment is done, a payment receipt will be generated, save it
14. You will get a confirmation SMS and an email (please note the email field is editable and you can enter your email id)
15. Save all the messages and receipts to get your fee book stamped from the school.
Important note:
● The online mode is an alternative to the bank. Now you have two options to pay your fees, 1. going to the bank (cash & cheque) and 2. Online link
(Credit card, debit card, UPI and net-banking)
● The payment receipt will be generated only after a successful transaction.
● In case the amount gets deducted in spite of a payment failure, it will be refunded to your account in 5-7 working days.
● In case you need to confirm the transaction with the school office, you can do so, after three working days.
